Outright skillful artists make the best Dragon Well Chinese tea

This complicated roasting consists of two parts: Qingguo and Huiguo.

It costs tea artists 12 to 15 minutes. And they need to be able to work under temperature ranging from 80 to 100 degree Celsius.

Huiguo dries the leaves further to avoid the tea leaves from oxidizing.

Young tea shoots are naturally covered by baby white hairs. The tea artists make the leaves smooth by removing all fine hairs.

This second process lasts 20 to 25 minutes. Like the above, the labor working temperature is from 60 to 70 degree Celsius. It is super unpeasant to work under this high temperature.

In return, about 250 grams are roasted until 5% of the moisture is left.

Ok now, you finally are able to sell chestnutty fragrance, see cooked leaves which are flat, broad, straight, smooth, glossy and crispy. Yummy…
