A Healthy Habit of Drinking that Can Literally Save Your Skin
If it seems like people have been on a green tea binge as of late, you’ve got that healthy habit down. All the research about the benefits of green tea are very exciting. The great reports keep coming out. However, don’t take my word for it. I mean after all I am only your neighborhood reporter and beauty goddess. (Bet you didn’t know that was my formal title, did you?) Here is a small list of widely available, peer-reviewed information:
• 2001 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can help keep many chronic diseases at bay. These studies were handles using real people. There were mice or fish studied with green tea. These are real people in China.
• 2003 International Journal of Cancer
Green tea can actually hinder the production of some type of cancer. If angiogenesis is occurring in your blood cells then cancer can also develop. Cancer that is already in existence can actually be stopped from forming and growing with the healthy habit of green tea.
• 2006 Journal of American Medical Association
Green tea also contributes to a decreased cancer deaths. This study showed that people who drank more green tea tended to have lower mortality rates due to cancer. In a nutshell, green tea basically appears to help them avoid or recover from cancer better.
• 2009 American Journal of Epidemiology
Green tea will also help to prohibit blood and lymph cancers. A new Japanese study indicates that drinking 5 liquid cups of green tea each day can reduce the probability of developing these issues by up to 50 percent.
Just imagine, those are just four out of thousands….
Green tea is really a habit worth keeping. If you do not already have the habit, then start working on it right now. It’s also so much better for you than trying to start biting your nails or messing with your hair. Either make your own tea or take it in supplement form. Doesn’t taste good? Try the capsule.
