When you’re ready, you will get to know Pu-erh tea. It will be the best thing you can do for the health of your body, mind, and spirit. Pu-erh is the healthiest of all the teas and is widely available today in the West.

There seems to be endless media hype about green tea. And there are certainly health benefits of green tea. But Pu-erh is better for you. It has more antioxidants than green tea though it’s usually unsung by the media.

Green tea is no different. It has been identified as safe within the scientist community and is the second drunk liquid is the world after water. It contains caffeine, only half the amount found in coffee and if drunk in moderation you shouldn’t have any problems.

I’ve researched the side effects of this drink and the following are the most common complaints. Please don’t let them put you off taking it because the side effects are all minor and pale in comparison to the benefits you’ll receive through regular consumption. If we decided only to eat things with no side effects at all we’d starve to death within a few weeks.

GT can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Other research also suggests that the benefits of green tea include some effects against cancer. How to Make the Best Ice Tea-prepare your own cup of fantasy

Iced Tea is a fantastic drink for all seasons. It is kinda simple to prepare best iced tea at home which can be tasteful even far better than restaurant prepared iced drink. Given below are simple directions to prepare one’s own delightful best iced tea.
